Healthy Habits

Im sure we have all tried to be healthy and started on diets but then they never really last that long and after a week or two were back to our old habits. I know iv’e certainly done that. However this time I am pretty keen to keep at it. So far its only been 3 days but so far so good. For breakfast I have museli with light yoghurt and banana. Lunch is either a sandwich or garden salad or fruit salad. Dinners consist of chicken or fish, small portion of veggies and brown rice. When i feel a bit peckish during the day, i snack on nuts and fruits. Thats it! Ive had to push away my cravings for ice cream and chocolate and believe me, it isn’t easy !  Wish me luck 🙂
